RF Explorer Device License

RF Explorer Spectrum Analyzer PLUS models offer optional features enabled by license. Each licenses is permanent, locked to the specific device where it is enabled.

These licenses can be purchased online and requires a Windows computer with internet connection for activation.

Upgrade to latest firmware

Follow simple instructions to upgrade your RF Explorer PLUS to the latest firmware available. This is required to guarantee the device license works without issues.

Get the Computer Code ID

The RF Explorer Uploader tool will get you to a Device License specific step where you get a Computer Code ID. This ID is required to create the PayPal payment and guarantee you are the only one able to use that license. For more details visit this link:

Pay with PayPal

Select the license(s) you want to order and enter the Computer Code ID in the required field, and pay with PayPal. You can use your credit card even if have no PayPal account.

Check your email

The license server will send an email with your License Code. This code received is required to activate your device following instructions on the RF Explorer Uploader tool.

Order details and conditions:

  • Orders are handled by PayPal secure server. Payment can be done with any Credit Card; no PayPal account is required. RF Explorer does not directly handle, store or process any Credit Card data.
  • Each license is permanent, locked to the specific RF Explorer device and cannot be removed or reassigned.
  • The RF Explorer Uploader provides a unique Computer Code ID. This ID is required to create the PayPal payment and guarantee you are the only one able to use the license.
  • These licenses can be purchased online and requires a Windows, Linux or MacOS computer with internet connection for activation.
  • Upon license activation the RF Explorer device can be used with any computer, it is not limited by activation computer.
  • The extended frequency span up to 3GHz support on Windows software, requires RF Explorer Windows Suite version 2.6 or newer.
  • These features require firmware v3.36 or newer.
  • The RF Explorer device firmware must not be downgraded to earlier firmware versions than v3.16 as otherwise the license may get invalidated.
  • All sales are final, refund is only possible before activating the license in the Computer and the Spectrum Analyzer device. Once the license is activated there is no option for refund or cancellation.
  • For more than 5 licenses you can apply for a 10% discount, contact us before purchase.
