We’re excited to release powerful updates that enhance your spectrum analysis workflow.
Turn your measurements into an interactive coverage map. Generates a standalone HTML file you can open on any phone or computer—no app required. Spot strong and weak zones and share full details with your team. See a heatmap sample. Includes a free trial license; permanent use is available with the GPS License. More details…
Go beyond triangles. RF Explorer PRO adds non-overlapping bubble markers, multiple line-marker styles, and the classic triangle—mix and match as you like. Markers can show editable text plus live frequency and amplitude to label and compare signals. More details…
A new network icon appears whenever the unit is online. Tap it to reveal the current IP address for quick remote identification and faster remote access or support. More details…
New gesture-based amplitude control across Wi-Fi 2.4/5/6 GHz bands. Swipe to optimize the view for very weak or very strong signals—get a clean, readable screen in seconds for faster on-site checks.
Create polished, share-ready PDFs in one click. Reports feature a cleaner design, richer detail, and coverage of every mode—WiFi Analyzer, Power Channel, and more—alongside Frequency Coordination. Perfect for client handoffs, audits, and documentation.
Our new low-level graphics engine speeds up the interface and extends runtime by up to 25% in some scenarios. Enjoy longer field sessions with a snappier, more responsive screen.
If you haven’t purchased the GPS Heatmap permanent license, use the button below—or the QR code shown when you choose File → Heatmap after your 10-use trial—to unlock unlimited exports.

We are happy to introduce the new enhanced version of the RF Explorer Signal Generator.
The new model includes an internal expansion board to enable three major requests from advanced customers:

The same improvement in the frequency domain shows the original signal output from the baseline RF Explorer Signal Generator and the output from the new Combo model.

This new and improved functionality can be added to any existing RF Explorer Signal Generator by simply plugin a RF Explorer Signal Generator Expansion board on it. A challenging design which took over 2 years of multiple refinements to find the best approach to deliver this wideband filtering capabilities at this cost and size.

Additional options for ordering from local distributors will be available in the next few days.

Our friends at ICTP in Italy are presenting a global effort to record TV White Spaces in a worldwide database. These are RF frequencies formerly allocated by TV broadcast but not actually used. By detecting these whitespaces certain licensed and unlicensed transmissions can benefit from it. This project is using RFTrack Android app and a connected RF Explorer to capture GPS & RF activity, then uploaded to a global repository.
And this is all offered for free. As a community we can benefit from a global database with this information being timely updated. Contributors are appreciated: all you need is a RF Explorer and an Android device, record data from your local city and upload into the database.
The ICTP TVWS global database is available on this link: wireless.ictp.it/tvws/
